Senior Java/React Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join a highly technical team focused on development. You will work on strategic projects with autonomy and active participation in technical and architectural decisions. Participate in platform architecture decisions and document the rationale behind them; Build end-to-end features: Java on the backend, React on the frontend; Implement synchronous and asynchronous integration layers; Work with a microservices ecosystem integrated with legacy systems and monoliths; Model and evolve persistence in relational and non-relational databases; Work with messaging and asynchronous processing; Write automated tests and actively participate in code reviews; Contribute to architecture discussions with technical arguments; Investigate and resolve issues in production environments; Use AI judiciously in your own development—and rigorously review its output; Share context and support newcomers on the team. Requirements: Solid software development experience with production deliveries; Java on the backend and React on the frontend with autonomy on both sides; Docker and containerization; familiarity with deployment in Azure; Relational databases: modeling, querying, and optimization; Asynchronous processing with RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS, Kafka; Non-relational databases.
