About the Role This isn't a standard loan processing role. It's an operational leadership position for someone who is an exceptional loan processor. You'll be stepping into a fast-paced, high-volume mortgage broking operation. Your job is to make sure everything runs smoothly, from the moment a deal comes in through to post-settlement maintenance. You'll own the processing pipeline end-to-end, coordinate with support teams, and manage priorities across a busy and growing book. You won't be waiting for someone to tell you what to do next.
