Senior SRE Analyst

In Delivery Engineering, our mission is to empower Serasa's software delivery capability. We build, operate, and evolve the platforms that support hundreds of developers and dozens of squads, ensuring a secure, reliable, and efficient development journey. We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to work on the evolution of our engineering platforms, focusing on CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automation, observability, and Developer Experience. You will have the opportunity to influence architectural decisions, lead strategic initiatives, and help define the standards used across the entire organization. If you enjoy solving complex problems, automating processes, scaling platforms, and making an impact across engineering, this position is for you. What you will do: Evolve and maintain the corporate CI/CD platform based on GitLab. Design and develop infrastructure as code solutions using Terraform. Create reusable modules, components, and blueprints that accelerate and standardize cloud adoption. Lead platform continuous improvement initiatives, defining rollout, rollback, and risk mitigation strategies. Work on the modernization of engineering processes and tools. Improve the development teams' experience through automation and self-service. Ensure the availability and reliability of critical platforms such as GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube, Renovate, Harness, and Checkmarx.
