Schedule:Night Shift Location:Fully Remote (WFH) The Mission: To ensure every air import shipment reaches its destination efficiently and compliantly—by proactively identifying risks, resolving exceptions, and taking full ownership from arrival to delivery. What You'll Do: Own end-to-end air import shipments, from pre-alert to final delivery and billing closure Proactively identify and resolve shipment exceptions, including: Flight delays, rollovers, or offloads Missing or incorrect documentation Customs clearance issues or holds Cargo availability and handling delays Take decisive action to recover shipments at risk, coordinating with airlines, agents, brokers, and trucking providers Ensure compliance with U.S. import requirements, including coordination of AMS (Air AMS / ACAS) filings Validate shipment documents (MAWB/HAWB, invoice, packing list) a
