Job Details The Quality Improvement (QI) Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives within the ExactCare division. This role is responsible for managing quality-related event (QRE) reporting, monitoring compliance to quality management standards, supporting regulatory adherence, and collaborating across departments to improve service quality, patient safety, and performance outcomes. The QI Coordinator will also assist with internal and client-facing reporting, track and analyze performance data, participate in quality committee meetings, and help ensure a consistent, patient-centered approach to service delivery.
