Scrum Master (WMS Exp)

This is a remote position. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to lead Agile delivery for enterprise supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating cross-functional teams, removing delivery impediments, and driving successful implementation of WMS solutions such as Manhattan Active WM, Manhattan WMOS, Körber (HighJump), Blue Yonder WMS, or Oracle WMS . The candidate should possess a solid understanding of warehouse operations and be able to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and implementation partners to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement. Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog. Track sprint progress, velocity, capacity planning, and release milestones. Identify and remove impediments that impact team productivity and project delivery.
