BizOps Senior Systems Engineer

This is a remote position. Role Summary BizOps is part of Evercam ’s Systems, Data and AI function. It plays a core role in supporting internal business processes and automation. BizOps primarily implements ERP-type processes across our Zoho Suite of products. It also develops and manages internal software tools that support the business. The BizOps Senior Systems Engineer turns BizOps ideas, tickets, and cross-functional requests into delivered work. The role includes intake, scoping, project plans, implementation, stakeholder follow-up, rollout communication, documentation, and closure across CRM, Desk, Analytics, Finance, CS, Sales, Product, and Ops workflows. The role is intentionally broad. It favours candidates who think across systems, data, and integrations. We need someone who can plan and implement systems. We need someone who can document and communicate about those systems to ensure adoption and optimal usage. This person should understand Zoho CRM top to bottom, see how Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Analytics, and Ops use the same data differently, and help connect work across the entire lead-to-cash operating model.
