Vice President of Sales - Health Plans

We are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales to lead the growth of our healthcare business by developing and executing a high-impact sales strategy focused on commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid health plans and ACO’s. The ideal candidate is a proven sales executive with deep experience selling complex services and solutions to health insurance organizations, a strong network of payer executives, and a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets. This executive will be responsible for strategic business development initiatives, managing enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting through contract execution. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with regional and national health plans and ACO’s and other value-based organizations. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers, including: Chief Medical Officers Chief Operating Officers Chief Financial Officers Chief Population Health Officers VP/Director-level leaders in Care Management, Quality, Clinical Operations, Network Management, and Value-Based Care Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closing. Create and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting, referrals, conferences, and industry networking.
