Join us and drive the energy revolution We are looking for a passionate Asset Optimization Community Lead (m/f/x) who wants to help build the most innovative energy trading platform on the planet. As part of our Trading Technology function, you will lead the Asset Optimization Community, responsible for developing and maintaining automated trading algorithms that optimize customers’ grid-scale batteries and other flexible renewable energy assets. You will create the conditions for our teams to deliver robust, high-quality optimization solutions across energy markets and asset types, balancing customer needs, commercial opportunities and product delivery priorities. In this people-focused leadership role, you will lead and develop Team Leads, strengthen technical capabilities and ensure that engineering capacity, priorities and commitments remain clear and realistic. Combining technical credibility with sound judgement and a delivery mindset, you will empower highly skilled optimization engineers to do their best work, foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, and enable the community to deliver reliable solutions at pace without compromising quality or sustainable workloads.
