Qualification Engineer Pharma

Job description: As a Qualification Engineer Pharma, you will work in a technical environment where qualification, compliance, and coordination between various stakeholders are central. You will join an experienced team that supports the introduction of new equipment and smaller technical projects within a GMP environment. In this role, you combine technical knowledge with fluent communication. You coordinate with QA, Operations, and Maintenance, among others, and ensure that qualification and compliance activities are correctly followed up. The emphasis is on qualification, data integrity, and project-based follow-up of improvement actions. Your responsibilities: You coordinate qualification activities for smaller GMP equipment. You follow up on housekeeping and compliance actions within the department. You support data integrity projects and monitor the follow-up of gap assessments. You evaluate risk analyses and documentation within quality processes. You supervise the introduction of new equipment, such as sealers, tablet counters, and other technical installations. You coordinate with QA, Operations, and Maintenance to ensure projects run smoothly.
