Payment Services Project Manager - Acquiring & PCI-DSS (Permanent or Freelance)

Tasks and responsibilities - MISSION DESCRIPTION: You will join a department responsible for commercial revenues and IT sales solutions. This department develops, operates, and maintains solutions enabling customers to purchase, use, and manage their transport tickets. It works closely with business partners as well as other public transport operators in Belgium and contributes to the digital evolution strategy of ticketing systems. You will integrate a team of 25 specialists organized in an agile framework and report directly to the Head of Sales Solutions. Your Role: The payment ecosystem is currently undergoing modernization to support the evolution of sales channels, the deployment of EMV payments, future Account Based Ticketing (ABT) services, and the digitalization of the customer experience. As the existing acquiring contract is expiring, a new strategy must be defined and implemented to cover acquiring services, PSP (Payment Service Provider) services, and associated services. You will manage two complementary strategic initiatives: the renewal of Acquiring and PSP services, from needs analysis and market preparation to implementation and transition to the future setup; and the PCI-DSS compliance project for the existing payment ecosystem, with the objective of managing compliance and structuring a sustainable approach.
