About the Role
Tasks and responsibilities: As a functional analyst, you bridge the gap between business and IT and contribute to future-oriented solutions within the domain of public lighting. You coordinate with colleagues from investment works, operations, asset management, customer service, purchasing/logistics, and IT, building a strong internal network in the process. You investigate complex business needs and translate them—across different domains as well—into clear functional requirements and appropriate IT solutions. You support the creation of project definitions, roadmaps, and product backlogs, and actively contribute to the prioritization of needs. You elaborate functional analyses at a level of detail that allows development teams to work efficiently. You help maintain the right balance between functionality, user-friendliness, maintainability, scalability, and cost-efficiency. You build support among stakeholders and work constructively with business analysts, users, architects, developers, and other involved parties. You support the implementation, anchoring, and further optimization of delivered solutions. You take on KIR activities (Small Infrastructure Realizations) and maintenance assignments within the public lighting application landscape. You apply current methodologies regarding project management and process analysis, such as Agile/Scrum, process modeling, UML, and continuous improvement. You delve into processes concerning asset management, grid operations, and customer operations.
