📋 Tasks and Responsibilities: As part of a matching engine project, we are looking for a Data Scientist / AI Engineer to continue the development of a solution dedicated to matching job seekers' profiles, job offers, and training offers, as well as its integration into a Dynamics CRM environment. The mission focuses on the design, development, and evolution of a data and AI solution based on Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Microsoft Fabric. Specifically, you will be required to: design, develop, and evolve the matching engine and its data pipelines, with the ingestion of profiles, job offers, and training offers into Microsoft Fabric; implement indexing and semantic search in Azure AI Search, as well as fuzzy matching logic, scoring, reranking, and prioritization of proposals; deploy and activate technical environments under Azure, Fabric, and Azure AI Foundry, using Docker containers and Azure App Service; implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and requirements related to security, identity, compliance, and sovereignty; expose the engine as APIs and connectors usable by business applications; ensure data quality and validation of the engine using test sets, validation protocols, and result relevance measures; prepare...
