Data Quality Engineer

Tasks and responsibilities You design, develop, and maintain data quality pipelines for mission-critical data assets and make data issues visible. This includes data concerning stops, lines, and trips. You build substantive knowledge of the data you work with, so that you can link technical solutions to the business context. You visualize data errors and quality issues for data stewards and data producers. You design, develop, and maintain data quality pipelines together with a team of Data Engineers. You coordinate with data stewards regarding quality requirements. You translate functional quality requirements into technical quality rules. You implement quality rules in data pipelines and monitoring processes. You contribute ideas regarding priority data quality needs and propose improvements. You collaborate on the further expansion of a scalable data quality program. You work with stakeholders within IT, data teams, data governance, and the business. You are given space to grow both technically and substantively, thereby bridging the gap between technical solutions and the organization's needs. Your profile Data quality forms an important foundation for a data-driven organization. You work in a modern data environment within a team that builds data products and contributes to a high-performing and scalable data quality program. You have knowledge of Python and/or SQL. You have an affinity with the requested technologies.
