FP&A Manager The FP&A Manager connects our financial results to the commercial and operating drivers behind themincluding revenue growth, customer retention, cost-to-serve, and liquidity, so leadership can make confident decisions about how we grow. Position Overview Engage3 collects store-level pricing data at scale and delivers recurring subscription and data services, operating across multiple entities and currencies with NetSuite as its financial system of record and Salesforce as its customer relationship management platform. The FP&A Manager will own Engage3 ’s core planning, forecasting, and management reporting cadence. This is a full-time, hands-on individual contributor role for a finance professional who can run the recurring FP&A cycle while improving the models, controls, and reporting that support it. Own the planning, forecasting, and management reporting cadence that connects financial results with commercial and operating drivers, giving leadership a reliable view of performance, risks, and opportunities. We are looking for a detail-oriented finance professional with strong modeling skills and the sound judgment to delay or challenge a number when the supporting data is incomplete or inconsistent. This role partners closely with Accounting, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and senior leadership, and must be able to explain financial conclusions clearly to non-finance leaders and defend the analysis behind them.
