3D Structural Designer

Overview ENERCON’s Data Center Mission Critical Group is seeking a 3D Structural Designer to join the team based in one of our various office locations across the U.S. Join our dynamic engineering team as an experienced designer/drafter and elevate your career by creating and refining detailed drawings, conducting site walkdowns, and collaborating closely with engineers. You'll utilize advanced tools, adhere to strict quality and safety standards, and mentor junior team members, all while working on diverse and exciting projects. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, NAVISWORKS, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360), and Dynamo we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities As a Structural Designer, your day is a dynamic blend of creative problem-solving and technical precision, where you bring designs to life. Collaborating with engineers and mentoring junior team members, you ensure every project runs smoothly, from detailed drafting to site walkdowns, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Design & Drafting: Create and/or modify detailed engineering drawings using Plant 3D. Prepare design drawings, including layout and detail drawings, piping isometrics, single line drawings, P&ID, and pipe/conduit support drawings. Detail physical design of piping and conduit supports based on schematics and typical details; any steel detailing experience is desired. Can perform internal reviews and clash detection
