Job Summary This team member will be a part of the Business Systems Consulting group working alongside other team members providing expertise for current and proposed systems (people, process and technology). They should be able to work closely with our engagement leaders to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for customers’ projects. The following are additional duties and responsibilities expected of this role: Responsibilities Meet with clients to assess current business systems (people, processes, and technology) Support clients through ERP implementations Convert records for input into new systems for data migration Consult with clients on best practices related to their business processes Quickly learn systems and software applications, and be able to assist clients with system implementation and restructuring projects Participate in conversations with a variety of businesses in multiple industries about how to achieve their
