Junior Credit Validation and Collection Analyst - Affirmative Position for People with Disabilities

We are looking for someone to work as a Credit Validation and Collection Analyst, joining the Finance area. 🎯 What will your main activities be? Support the validation of statistical and mathematical models used for credit risk analysis, ensuring adherence to premises, data quality, and result robustness; Collaborate with the evaluation of proposed credit policies, verifying alignment with internal guidelines, applicable regulations, and best market practices; Participate in performance and stability tests of models, including backtesting analyses, indicator monitoring, and comparison with benchmarks; Prepare detailed technical reports on validation results, highlighting strengths, identified risks, and adjustment recommendations; Monitor the implementation of models and policies, ensuring they are correctly parameterized in systems and necessary controls are implemented; Interact with Credit and Collection teams to clarify doubts, propose improvements, and ensure consistency between processes and models; Support internal and external audits by providing evidence and documentation regarding model validation and governance processes; Contribute to the continuous evolution of validation practices by suggesting methodologies, tools, and indicators that increase the reliability of credit decisions. 🔎 Requirements: Completed degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering...
