Senior Project Development Manager

Senior Project Development Manager – CEE: We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Development Manager who will be responsible for the full development of wind farm projects, PV installations, and energy storage systems (BESS) in Central and Eastern Europe. The role combines project portfolio oversight with the management of a small team of PDMs. The position reports to the Head of Europe Project Development and operates on a fully remote basis. Scope of Responsibilities: Manage a team of 2–3 Project Development Managers and support them in driving projects from the early-stage to RTB (Ready-to-Build). Independently manage a portion of the projects (a total portfolio of approx. 15–20 projects, depending on the stage). Full responsibility for the development of wind and BESS projects; PV as an additional scope is welcome. Coordinate key development areas: land acquisition and negotiations with owners, permitting processes and relations with administrative authorities, obtaining grid connection conditions and cooperation with DSOs/TSOs, and managing legal, technical, and environmental aspects. Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders: developers, law firms, engineering offices, consultants, regulatory institutions, and potential contractors. Work closely with internal teams: Engineering, Procurement, Financing, and Legal. Manage the schedule, budgets, and risks of individual projects. Provide ongoing progress reports to the Head of Europe Project Development. Monitor regulatory changes.
