About the Role We are looking for an experienced Proposal Manager / Writer to join our Bid & Proposal team, supporting strategic opportunities across DXC's UK and international business. This is a hands-on role combining proposal management, content development and proposal writing. You will work closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Commercial teams, Delivery leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop compelling, compliant and customer-focused responses. You will lead proposal activities where required, while also taking ownership of key proposal sections, executive summaries and customer-facing content. Success in the role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, stakeholder management capability and the ability to turn complex technical solutions into persuasive customer value propositions.
