The role We are seeking a Recruiter & Talent Network Builder, based in Canada, who excels at sourcing, engaging, and placing top technology talent, and who is a natural connector. This role has two equal halves. First, you will own full-cycle recruiting for open roles across our client engagements and internal team. Second, you will build and nurture Dura Digital 's warm bench: a curated, engaged network of pre-qualified consultants we can mobilize quickly when new work lands.
