What you'll do Produce 10–15 original concepts per day from the manager's briefs — hook, script, and raw capture Write hooks that survive the first 1.5 seconds. This is the single most important skill in this role Appear on camera and/or deliver voiceover, depending on format Use AI tooling (generation, voice, avatars, B-roll) to produce content that doesn't look AI-produced Self-serve from the editor's template library to produce variants at volume Bring format ideas the manager hasn't thought of — you're closer to the platforms than anyone else on the team Turn dry engineering material into content a property manager will actually watch Required qualifications (non-negotiable) You run your own channel(s).
