Job Summary: Supports the successful delivery of Self-Perform Work (SPW) construction projects by applying working knowledge of project activities, methods, and leading practices in self-perform operations. Collaborates closely with SPW crews, project management teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure SPW scope requirements, production schedules, and quality standards are consistently achieved. Contributes to efficient SPW execution by monitoring SPW crew productivity, tracking material usage, identifying both routine and non-routine project issues, and retrieving actionable solutions to maintain progress.
