National Accounts Customer Service Representative (USA Remote, US)

Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a National Accounts Customer Service Representative base remotely in the US (preferably in the Eastern or Central time zone). The National Accounts Customer Service Representative is responsible for cultivating positive relationships with key customers through direct communication, dispatches technicians and subcontractors nation-wide, and follows through on the service requirements of each call. What you will do Accepts and dispositions in-bound service calls Dispatches service calls to relevant service branches/technicians, and sub-contractors Maintains and documents communication with customers on issues of importance such as ETA, approvals, and correctly submitting information in customer portals Efficiently transitions information to dispatchers and CSRs on different shifts Creates and analyzes reports for monthly/quarterly account productivity What we require 2 + years of customer service or dispatching High School or equivalent Willing to be on call once a month What we prefer Industry experience Computer proficiency A good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook email What we offer Taking Care of our Employees on Day One with Medical, Dental, Visio
