AI Developer (Python/ Django)

About the Role We are seeking a skilled Python / Django Developer with strong full-stack development experience and a passion for AI-assisted software development. You will build and maintain web applications, client automations, and SaaS products using Python, Django, and Claude Code. This role goes beyond traditional software development. You will translate client requirements into clear specifications and step-by-step implementation plans, use AI coding tools to build features efficiently, and critically review, test, and refine the generated code to ensure quality and reliability. You will work with an established application foundation and a library of reusable components, prioritising existing solutions over unnecessary redevelopment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical fundamentals with sound engineering judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and correct AI-generated code that does not meet requirements.
