SailPoint Engineering Lead, IAM Location: Dallas, TX | Ashburn, VA | Denver, CO | Charlotte, NC | Boston, MA | New York, NY | Austin, TX ,and open for (Remote) Your Role You will serve as the internal owner and technical authority for Digital Realty 's SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform, defining how identity governance operates at enterprise scale. This role leads the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) strategy, architecture, and delivery, ensuring access lifecycle management, certifications, and compliance controls are designed and executed to meet global regulatory and operational requirements. As the enterprise lead for SailPoint ISC, you will drive the evolution of Digital Realty 's identity governance program while partnering across Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Business teams. This is not an execution role—it is a program leadership position with direct accountability for how identity governance operates across a globally regulated enterprise. What You'll Do Own and drive the multi-year IGA roadmap and strategy. Define SailPoint ISC architecture across Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes, access certifications, role models, and connectors. Design integrations with Oracle HCM, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, BeyondTrust, and Microsoft Sentinel.
