Working Student Founders Associate (m/w/d) - Fully Remote or On-Site

That is precisely where you come in: As a working student Founders Associate, you will work directly with the founders and gain insights that you won't get in any corporate internship – from strategy to execution, often on the same day. Your tasks: Founder support: You research markets, competitors, and funding opportunities, build presentations and decision-making templates, and drive your own small projects independently. Processes & Ops: You help build and improve our internal workflows – from the application process to course organization. Marketing & Content: You support social media, newsletters, and website copy, and contribute your own ideas on how to reach our target audiences. Data & CRM: You keep our data clean (leads, prospects, partners) and build simple analyses and reports that help us make better decisions. The mix adapts to what is currently important and to what you are good at and want to learn. Your skills: You are an enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Communication, Social/Educational Sciences – the field of study matters less to us than your drive).
