Financial Accountant / Prospective Team Lead for Finance & Accounting | 100%

Our initiative connects associations, develops professional, efficient, and future-proof organizational structures, and builds a nationwide platform for social impact. For the systematic establishment, monitoring, and management of our finance and accounting department, we are looking for an experienced, reliable, and responsible individual as a Financial Accountant or – depending on experience and profile – as Team Lead for Finance & Accounting as soon as possible. In this role, you will work together with the CEO to ensure proper finance and accounting operations, handle ongoing financial accounting, and further develop the necessary structures and processes. You will act as a central interface working with operational areas and other associations within the DEHIB organization. Note: This position is voluntary, unpaid, and does not constitute an employment or work relationship. The role is aimed in particular at experienced professionals from finance and accounting who want to contribute their expertise to building professional financial structures for a growing non-profit organization. The time commitment is approximately 4 to 6 hours per week. The collaboration is fully remote and long-term.
