Commercial Excellence Lead

Job Description: The Commercial Excellence Lead will join Merkle’s Commercial Excellence team within the Client & Commercial organization, helping leaders and teams make informed decisions about how we manage and grow the business. Working across client leadership, sales, marketing, delivery, and other cross-functional teams, you’ll turn complex commercial information into clear insights, recommendations, and actions. The work ranges from portfolio-level planning and prioritization to individual client and deal decisions. You’ll help determine where the business should focus, monitor performance and pipeline, identify risks and opportunities, and give leaders the information and recommendations they need to act. Success in this role requires comfort with reporting and data, technology fluency, strong analytical and commercial judgment, operational rigor, and the ability to communicate and influence across organizational levels. You’ll need to connect information from multiple sources, figure out what is happening and why, form a clear point of view, and turn that thinking into practical recommendations.
