Senior Backend Developer - NodeJS/Java/Python

In your daily routine, you will encounter the following activities: Work in a multidisciplinary team; Conduct discovery to understand business rules and design scalable solutions; Develop end-to-end solutions; Develop solutions and resolve issues at the root cause of company needs; Monitor alert channels, identify bottlenecks in order to mitigate them, and propose solutions; Define and develop architecture for new features, maintaining traceability and observability throughout development. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE Software development experience, preferably in a microservices architecture; Knowledge of software architecture and development best practices; Solid experience with NodeJS, Java, and Python; Experience with production systems and cloud platforms; Knowledge of Terraform; Knowledge of messaging systems, especially Kafka; Ability to write unit and integration tests; Experience with agile methodologies and agile practices (e.g., TDD)
