What you will be doing: You will be part of our consulting unit focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM). You will accompany digitalization and transformation projects in the public sector and advise our clients on the introduction and further development of ITSM structures and the utilization of consolidation potentials. You will analyze administrative and IT organizations, ITSM processes, and responsibilities, identify optimization potentials, and derive concrete recommendations for action. You will convince representatives of authorities and service providers even in controversial discussions.
