Test & Evaluation Lead (Senior)

Overview DecisionPoint seeks a Test & Evaluation Lead to own the test strategy, Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) alignment, requirements coverage, verification evidence, defect triage, and release testing for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. This senior role establishes the overall testing approach and ensures that mission requirements, business rules, interfaces, security corrections, and operational workflows receive appropriate verification before release. The Test & Evaluation Lead works with Government stakeholders, mission liaisons, requirements analysts, architects, software developers, QA engineers, cybersecurity personnel, DevSecOps engineers, trainers, and operations teams. The position coordinates test planning and execution, maintains traceability and objective evidence, leads defect triage, supports Government user acceptance testing, and provides quality and release-readiness recommendations. This position is remote, with Chicago-area candidates preferred.
