Front-End Developer

Overview DecisionPoint seeks a Front-End Developer to support UI enhancements, accessibility compliance improvements, formatting corrections, and content-related code updates for a large federal and DoD-aligned mission environment. This role is central to ensuring that digital properties remain user-friendly, visually consistent, accessible, and aligned with enterprise design and content standards. The Front-End Developer works closely with designers, content managers, UX specialists, and backend engineers to implement interface changes, optimize user experience, and contribute to structured, maintainable front-end code. This position is fully remote. Duties & Responsibilities The Front-End Developer will: Implement UI updates, CSS adjustments, and formatting refinements to improve user experience and consistency. Apply accessibility (508/WCAG) fixes including semantic markup, alt-text, keyboard navigation, and structural updates. Support content-driven code changes including template adjustments, layout updates, and component enhancements. Collaborate with UX, design, and content teams to translate requirements into responsive, standards-compliant front-end code. Conduct cross-browser testing and troubleshoot rendering inconsistencies. Optimize page performance, asset delivery, and front-end load times. Maintain reusable front-end components and support design system implementation.
