Data and BI Developer (Senior)

Overview DecisionPoint seeks a Senior Data and BI Developer to design, build, and maintain data models, metadata, ETL processes, warehouse components, dashboards, reports, and visualizations supporting the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. This position will connect data preparation and warehouse development with analytical reporting to deliver reliable analysis and actionable insights. The developer will translate approved requirements into maintainable data structures, transformations, and reporting products while supporting accuracy, consistency, performance, and usability. The Senior Data and BI Developer will collaborate with data engineers, database administrators, governance personnel, business analysts, BI specialists, testers, and Government stakeholders throughout development, validation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. This position is remote, with Chicago-area candidates preferred.
