Marketing Operations Intern

Job Description: Assist in operating domestic and overseas social media platforms such as X (Twitter) and Reddit, participating in daily content planning, copywriting, posting, and community maintenance. Participate in topic selection, writing, typesetting, and updating of brand blogs and product tutorials, assisting in creating user-facing educational and promotional content. Participate in the planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns, including holiday events and flash sales, assisting with promotional copy, event materials, and basic post-launch checks. Monitor industry dynamics in Crypto, Web3, and Prop Firms, collecting market trends, competitor information, and excellent marketing cases to provide content creation and operational references for the team. Assist in tracking content publishing, material management, and basic operational data organization, supporting other daily operational requirements of the team. Job Requirements: Possess good Chinese writing skills and content expression ability, capable of independently completing basic promotional copy, blogs, or social media content. Have a certain interest and basic understanding of Crypto, Web3, or financial trading fields, with a willingness to actively learn new products and industry knowledge. Possess good English reading skills to read overseas industry news and social media content and extract valid information; proficiency in English writing is a plus. Familiar with common AI tools, able to utilize AI to assist with copywriting, data organization, and daily work. Possess a certain aesthetic sense, and the ability to use Canva, Figma, or other design tools to create basic promotional materials is a plus. Detail-oriented and responsible, with good communication skills, self-directed learning ability, and remote collaboration awareness. Experience in operating social media platforms such as X, Reddit, Xiaohongshu, or experience in operating blogs, long-form articles, and video content is preferred.
