What's in Store We are on the lookout for an experienced Workers' Compensation Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the workers' compensation claims team, ensuring quality claim handling, regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role provides leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to claims professionals while supporting organizational goals and delivering positive claim outcomes. The qualified candidate must be licensed in FL, understand FL law, have experience with Workers' Compensation FL claims, as well as presumption claims. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Workers’ Compensation claims team handling a variety of caseload, and jurisdictions, but more focused in Florida . Manage a team of adjusters and supervisors who handle complex and high-exposure Workers’ Compensation claims, including catastrophic, and presumption claims. Oversee claims strategy, reserving accuracy, litigation management, and settlement negotiations within delegated authority
