Davies Claims North America is seeking an experienced Claims Supervisor to lead a team of Workers’ Compensation professionals, including Adjusters, Nurse Case Managers, and Claims Assistants. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality claim handling, regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and team performance while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical Workers’ Compensation expertise, demonstrated leadership experience, and the ability to mentor and develop claims professionals while maintaining a client-focused approach.
