DateYork is part of P&W Love Events GmbH and has been bringing people together in real life since 2011. We organize speed dating events as well as modern single parties, walks, and special event formats under our You and Mee brand in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. With us, you don't just process HR procedures – you help ensure that special events and genuine encounters take place in numerous cities. Responsibilities With us, you don't just manage HR – you ensure that our events take place and the right people are on site. You find and recruit new moderators, event guides, and event staff for our events in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You conduct telephone interviews, get to know diverse individuals, and quickly develop a sense for who truly fits our team. You independently handle personnel planning for our events – from the initial inquiry to final staffing. You stay persistent: you make calls, write messages, follow up, and ensure that open positions do not remain open. If someone cancels at short notice, you don't wait for a solution – you find one. You support our existing event staff, coordinate shifts, and ensure that everyone receives important information and briefings on time.
