Senior Technical Operations Engineer

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Technical Operations Engineer to lead complex analytics and MarTech implementations, design technical solutions, and own delivery for key enterprise clients. This is a hands-on senior role combining solution architecture, implementation, troubleshooting, client management, and team mentorship. You will also contribute to presales discussions, improve internal delivery processes, and help maintain a high standard of technical quality across projects. Key Responsibilities Lead complex client onboarding, tracking implementations, audits, and troubleshooting engagements. Design scalable technical solutions for web tracking, server-side tracking, Conversion APIs, and first-party data integrations. Own technical delivery for key enterprise clients, from requirement gathering and solution design through implementation, validation, launch, and monitoring.
