Property & Lending Paralegal (AU/NZ Experience)

Position: Property & Lending Paralegal Salary: PHP 80,000 / month Working Hours & Conditions: AU Business Hours Holidays: AU Holidays Our client is a fast-growing PropTech and non-bank property lender operating across Australia and New Zealand, specializing in tailored cash-flow solutions for real estate professionals, landlords, and homeowners. To support their expanding operations, they are seeking an experienced Paralegal to bring routine caveat management and secured-lending administration in-house. Working directly with the Australian team and retained legal counsel, you will take full ownership of the administrative legal workflow, ensuring precision across property title checks, loan documentation, and electronic settlement processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the end-to-end administration of property caveats connected with secured lending facilities. Prepare caveat registration and discharge documentation using approved templates and procedures. Conduct preliminary title, ownership and property-detail checks. Coordinate caveat lodgements and withdrawals through PEXA once the business’s access and internal processes are established. Monitor caveat matters, settlement dates, loan repayments and discharge requirements. Liaise with internal lending teams, borrowers, external solicitors, conveyancers and other relevant parties. Review executed loan documents to confirm completeness, accuracy and consistency with approved terms. Prepare standard loan and security doc
