ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking a persistent, highly articulate, and results-driven Appointment Setter to manage inbound franchise enquiries and connect prospective business owners with our leadership team. In this role, you will be the crucial bridge between warm inbound interest and franchise development. You will handle leads originating from digital marketing campaigns, franchise platforms, and direct web enquiries. Your primary mission is to engage interested candidates, conduct introductory discovery discussions, provide high-level franchise information, and schedule qualified prospects for in-depth strategy calls with our Sales Manager and Franchise Manager.
