THE OPPORTUNITY Join our team as the Security Engineering Team Lead. You will lead the engineers who build the platforms our security program runs on, set technical direction, and own the architecture and roadmap for log pipelines and SIEM, detection and automation, AWS security, SaaS security, AI security, and security tooling. You will partner closely with the Security Operations Team Lead so that what operations needs is what engineering builds. This is a player-coach role: you lead the team and stay hands-on. The ideal candidate has 5 or more years in security or cloud security engineering, including senior or lead-level experience, has owned the design of security platforms at scale, and has led or mentored engineers.
