Staff Accountant (AP & Banking)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our Accounting team. In this role, you will keep our bank, credit card, and vendor records accurate, allocate costs across multiple projects, and flag discrepancies before they become problems. Key Responsibilities Bank & Credit Card Accounting Record and allocate daily bank transactions, including checking accounts and credit card activity. Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly bank and credit card statements. Accounts Payable - Maintain the AP subledger. Regularly reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Cost Allocation Allocate COGS, direct costs, and operational expenses across multiple projects and cost centers.
