Senior Manager- Strategy, Growth, & Transformation

JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW The Senior Manager is a key leadership position within the organization. Senior Managers are responsible for leading a team of consultants to ensure exceptional client support and services. This includes independently leading complex M&A integration and enterprise transformation engagements. They directly manage performance, set expectations, and develop strategic plans to achieve high client satisfaction. Senior Managers drive efficiency, improve revenue, and lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff. They also foster business development by cultivating relationships with both new and existing clients. This role requires a high degree of organization, leadership, and a “do whatever it takes” attitude to deliver results under tight deadlines. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Leadership & Management Communicates practice area strategy and goals to the team, aligning with overall company objectives. Collaborates with the Practice Area Leader to maintain accurate revenue, expense forecasts, and pipeline details. Promotes a consulting culture that balances financial goals with client satisfaction. 2. Billable Work Maintains personal billable utilization while managing team needs. Focuses on continuous professional development and expertise in the practice area. 3. Marketing & Business Development Achieves annual sales target, as communicated separately. Develops solutions and writes proposals/SOWs that clearly communicate value to client
