The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Job Description The Manheim Mobile Inspections Supervisor reports to the Manager and is responsible for the effective leadership and supervision of a team of Mobile Inspectors in a specified geographic territory. The Supervisor’s primary focus is to ensure inspection quality and drive operational efficiency with a team of 10 to 15+ Mobile Inspectors while maintaining a culture of operational excellence and accountability. The Supervisor assists with operational matters concerning the mobile inspections, new car inspections, and floorplan audits in a designated area. The Supervisor will ensure that inspections and floorplan audits performed within the assigned territory meet quality, productivity and safety objectives.
