Manager Accounting - Financial Reporting

Overview The role will have primary focus on consolidated financial reporting, including oversight and direction of certain month end close items. The responsibilities focus on driving complete and accurate preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Accounting Prepare and review external financial reporting deliverables, including quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring full compliance with US GAAP and PCAOB reporting standards Oversee the completion of monthly and quarterly trend analyses Serve as a technical accounting expert, researching and preparing documentation for complex transactions, including M&A, stock-based compensation, debt, leases, derivatives, non-revenue contracts, impairment analysis, investments, etc. Implement and monitor new accounting pronouncements that impact the financial statements Coordinate with external auditors on planning, audit requests, and ensuring timely completion of the audit Maintain chart of accounts and division structure for NetSuite Assist with development and maintenance of internal controls over financial reporting, equity, and stock-based compensation Partner with the general accounting team to assist with questions around complex journal entries, EBITDA addbacks, reconciliations, and ad-hoc accounting questions Contribute to continual process improvement projects, including new tool implementations, refining policies and procedures, and fi
