Data Architect

The Data Architect ensures that our company's data remains structurally correct, consistent, and business-relevant, even as business processes, requirements, and digital solutions evolve. This is an experienced specialist role at the intersection of business, data, and technology, with clear responsibility and decision-making authority regarding data structuring and modeling. The Data Architect works closely with business departments and subject matter experts to understand and critically question business rules. They translate these into robust data models and manage their implementation and evaluation within our digital solutions. The goal is to ensure that data-driven decisions support reliable operations, reporting, analytics, and future use cases. Requirements Data Modeling & Business Rules Responsibility for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of central, enterprise-wide data models, including definitions, relationships, identifiers, and structures of key data domains. Collaboration with business departments and subject matter experts to understand, critically question, and further develop business rules. Translation of functional, regulatory, product-related, and reporting requirements into robust and technically feasible data models. Decision-making on how agreed-upon business rules and standards are applied in data structures.
