Project Manager- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

Overview The Consilio Legal Transformation Service practice is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead CLM implementations, consulting, and strategy projects within our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) practice. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management activities for CLM engagements. You will support all aspects of the implementation lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment and successful outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities Project Leadership & Management Lead project management for CLM engagements, from initial scoping and planning through execution and post-implementation review. Oversee timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and deliverables to ensure project milestones are met. Serve as the primary client point of contact, managing communications, expectations, and relationship building to foster long-term client partnerships. Implementation Leadership & CLM Expertise Serve as the CLM subject matter expert, advising clients on implementation strategy, configuration, testing, and user adoption. Support functional design workshops, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage issue resolution.
