KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Act as the primary point of contact for Federal Program Manager, Contracting Office, and other government stakeholders regarding EDM platforms operations, maintenance, and enhancement. Ensure all project activities align with government financial management standards. Identify opportunities to enhance EDM systems performance and support the evolving needs of the client and its customers. Effectively gather customer requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and assist in defining requirements for future analysis and system developments. Ensure the EDM system maintains an online availability of 95% or higher at all times. Develop and implement project contingency plans to manage risk effectively. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Currently a U.S. Citizen. Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. Previous IT project management experience in the federal contracting domain, especially defense.
