Mid-level Business Systems Analyst | Remote

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work on the evolution of processes and systems related to financial products, with a focus on onboarding, security, fraud prevention, risk, compliance, and the member journey. This position will be responsible for gathering and managing requirements, translating business needs into technological solutions, as well as defining business rules, integration specifications, data analysis, and continuous process improvement. The professional will work in an agile environment, collaborating with business areas, architecture, development, and other stakeholders. Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements. Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business rules. Map AS IS and TO BE processes using BPMN and Camunda. Identify bottlenecks, risks, and process automation opportunities. Analyze integrations and technical specifications based on REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger, events, and Kafka. Read payloads, define integration contracts, and review specifications together with architects and developers. Query, validate, and analyze data in Oracle and MongoDB databases. Support the definition and evolution of solutions aimed at financial products. Manage the demand backlog, contributing to refinements, planning, and prioritization. Work in agile ceremonies using Scrum and Kanban. Produce functional and technical documentation in Jira and Confluence. Ensure
